By downloading or using FitLink, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

You must be at least 18 years old to use FitLink. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

2. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity that occurs under it. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. Notify us immediately at fitlinkhq@gmail.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. What You Can and Cannot Do

You agree to:

  • Use FitLink only for lawful fitness-related purposes.
  • Be respectful to other users at all times.
  • Show up to events you commit to, or cancel in advance.
  • Provide accurate information in your profile.

You agree not to:

  • Harass, threaten, or harm other users.
  • Use FitLink for dating, solicitation, or any non-fitness purpose.
  • Post false, misleading, or inappropriate content.
  • Attempt to access other users’ accounts or data.
  • Use the app to promote products, services, or spam.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.

4. Events and Meetups

FitLink allows users to create and join real-world fitness events. By hosting or joining an event, you acknowledge that:

  • FitLink is not responsible for what happens at in-person events.
  • You participate in all physical activities at your own risk.
  • You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits or permissions for events you host.
  • FitLink does not screen or background check users.

5. Safety

Your safety is your responsibility. Always meet new people in public places, tell someone where you are going, and trust your instincts. FitLink is not liable for interactions between users that occur on or off the platform.

6. Your Content

You own the content you post on FitLink. By posting content, you grant FitLink a non-exclusive license to use, display, and distribute it within the app. You are solely responsible for the content you post and agree not to post anything illegal, harmful, or offensive.

7. Privacy

Your use of FitLink is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using FitLink, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any conduct we deem harmful to our community. You may delete your account at any time through the app settings.

9. Disclaimers

FitLink is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. We are not responsible for the actions of other users.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FitLink and its founders shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including but not limited to injury, property damage, or data loss.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of FitLink after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
